to Good Women and Best Friends!
We are large, small, old and young. We are best
friends, who may or may not be related. We are the women who make a
difference every day. We probably will never make headline news for
making our budgets balance or taking the extra step to go green but we
continue to make the world a better place for our children every day.
We work, sacrifice, love, inspire and dream. We lend a hand, support our BFF’s and, when needed, offer a shoulder to cry on.
It's time to celebrate! Life is too short to let a day go by without finding a bit of laughter and joy. Good women and best friends deserve to relax and celebrate every day with fabulous goodies and gifts that make us smile and don't cost a fortune. Or, how about a few giggles, and relax with the luxury of “me time”. And, of course, where would we be without celebrations with our best friends? What We're Celebrating Today
Today, I’m celebrating Mother’s Day! In particular, I’m celebrating my mother. A strong, smart woman who raised me with rules, yet letting me know it was good to sometimes color outside the lines and laugh really hard over little things. A woman who told me I could be anything I dreamed of, but made me do chores to learn that nothing worth having comes without effort. A woman who did without and sacrificed so that I could have what I wanted.
